We are very optimistic about real estate in Indianapolis for 2012. There is considerable pent up demand for houses on the part of buyers and interest rates remain very low. With inventory of existing homes being very low, there could be a shift in the market from a buyers market to more of a neutral market, or perhaps even a sellers market.
